This notice describes the website for NW Professional Painting.
Project inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, the website collects the contact and project details you provide so the business can respond and manage the request. This can include your name, email, phone number, project location, chosen service, timing, and message.
Inquiry records are stored in the website's protected operations system. Configured delivery services may pass the request to the business email system or customer-management system for follow-up. Access is restricted to authorized staff and service providers used to operate that process.
Photos in the color studio
Choosing a photo prepares a smaller copy on your device. Selecting “Create color preview” sends that copy and your paint choices to Cloudflare and OpenAI for AI processing. The finished preview appears on the same page, where you can switch between it and your original and download the preview. The studio does not email photos or send them to our painting team. Use photos you have permission to share.
The website does not save these photos or generated previews to its project records or gallery. Images remain in the current browser page unless you download them. Cloudflare and OpenAI handle processing and may temporarily retain data under their service policies. We request that AI Gateway skip request logging and caching. To limit abuse and costs, the website records attempt identifiers, timestamps, and a daily hash of the requesting network address; records older than seven days are removed when the next attempt is made.
Spam protection
Our inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse in the background. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for this check. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
Site operation and security
The website uses Cloudflare hosting and security services. Technical request information may be processed to deliver pages, protect access, and prevent abuse. This website does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Choices on your device
The optional paint introduction and smooth scrolling respect reduced-motion preferences. Browser storage may remember the previous site page so returning home through the website can skip the introduction. A generated project brief may appear in the contact page address when you continue from the planner; avoid adding private information to that brief.
Phone, email, and external links
A phone link opens your device's calling application and does not place a call automatically. Email and external booking links, when available, open the selected service. The information you choose to send through those services is handled under their own processes.
